The 14-3 gyrochoron, also known as gyrus 14, is a convex isochoric polychoron and member of the gyrochoron family with 14 identical cells. It can also be constructed as the 14-5 gyrochoron.

Each cell of this polychoron has mirror symmetry, with 2 octagons, 2 pentagons, 4 tetragons, and 2 triangles for faces.
