The 18-5 gyrochoron, also known as the triswirl 18, is a convex isochoric polychoron and member of the gyrochoron family with 18 metabitruncated elongated gyrobifastigia as cells. It can also be constructed as the 18-7 gyrochoron.

Each cell of this polychoron has bilateral symmetry, with 4 mirror-symmetric hexagons, 2 mirror-symmetric pentagons, 2 kites, and 2 isosceles triangles for faces.
