The antifrustary tetracontoctitetrisicositetrachoron, or afcuti, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 48 cuboctahedra, 24 great cubicuboctahedra, 24 great rhombihexahedra, 24 small cubicuboctahedra, and 24 small rhombihexahedra. Two cuboctahedra, two great cubicuboctahedra, two great rhombihexahedra, two small cubicuboctahedra, and two small rhombihexahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the antifrustary distetracontoctachoron.
