The antifrustary tristetracontoctachoron, or aftic, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 48 cuboctahedra, 48 great rhombihexahedra, and 48 small rhombicuboctahedra. Two cuboctahedra, four great rhombihexahedra, and four small rhombicuboctahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the antifrustary distetracontoctachoron.
