The antipodial biomnisnub decachoron or apbosid is a convex isogonal polychoron that consists of 10 snub tetrahedra, 40 triangular gyroprisms of two kinds, 40 chiral triangular antipodiums, 30 rhombic disphenoids, 60 phyllic disphenoids, and 240 irregular tetrahedra of two kinds. 1 snub tetrahedron, 2 triangular gyroprisms, 2 traingular antipodiums, 1 rhombic disphenoid, 2 phyllic disphenoids, and 8 irregular tetrahedra join at each vertex. It is one of a total of 8 polychora that can be obtained as the convex hull of 2 opposite snub pentachora.
