The biapiculatotetracontoctachoron is a convex isochoric polychoron with 384 order-6 truncated semibisected trigonal trapezohedra as cells. It can be obtained as the dual of the bitruncatotetracontoctachoron, or equivalently as the stellation core of the compound of 2 opposite octakis icositetrachora.

Each cell of this polychoron has triangular symmetry, with a ditrigonal base and 3+6 kites for faces.
