The blended small stellated dodecahedron is a regular skew polyhedron in 4D Euclidean space. It can be constructed as the blend of a small stellated dodecahedron and a dyad. Its second-order facetting is the blended great icosahedron and its Petrial is the Petrial blended small stellated dodecahedron.
