The disphenoidal diacosioctacontoctachoron is a convex isochoric polychoron with 288 digonal disphenoids as cells. It is a variant of the bitetracontoctachoron with single icositetrachoric symmetry.

It can also be formed as the convex hull of two dually oriented icositetrachora where the larger one has edges less than times the length of those of the smaller one.
