The ditrigonary hecatonicosihecatonicosihecatonicosachoron, or dithihihy, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 rhombidodecadodecahedra, 120 great icosicosidodecahedra, and 120 small icosicosidodecahedra. Six of each join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified small ditrigonary hexacosihecatonicosachoron.
