A duotransitionaltertegum is an isotopic polytope constructed as the dual of a duotransitionalterprism. The simplest possible duotransitionaltertegum is the hexadecachoron.
in 4D, an n-gonal duotransitionaltertegum has 4n2 kite pyramid cells, except for the digonal case, where the vertex figure is a square bipyramid instead.
