The great retroditetrahedronary prismatotrishecatonicosachoron, or girdtapthi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 dodecahedra, 120 dodecadodecahedra, 720 pentagrammic prisms, and 120 rhombicosahedra. Four dodecahedra, six dodecadodecahedra, twelve pentagrammic prisms, and twelve rhombicosahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the ditetrahedronary dishecatonicosachoron.
