The grand ditetrahedronary hecatonicosiprismatodishecatonicosachoron, or gadathipady, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 great icosidodecahedra, 120 great ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, 720 pentagrammic prisms, and 120 great rhombidodecahedra. Six great icosidodecahedra, four great ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, twelve pentagrammic prisms, and twelve great rhombidodecahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the grand ditetrahedronary hexacosidishecatonicosachoron.
