The grand ditrigonary hexacositrishecatonicosachoron, or gadtixthi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 ditrigonary dodecadodecahedra, 120 great ditrigonal dodecicosidodecahedra, 120 small icosicosidodecahedra, and 600 octahemioctahedra. Two ditrigonary dodecadodecahedra, six great ditrigonal dodecicosidodecahedra, six small icosicosidodecahedra, and six octahemioctahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified small ditrigonary hexacosihecatonicosachoron.
