The great circumfacetopental trishecatonicosachoron, or gam fipathi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 icosahedra, 120 dodecadodecahedra, and 120 great icosicosidodecahedra. Two icosahedra, five dodecadodecahedra, and ten great icosicosidodecahedra join at each vertex.

It also has great icosidodecahedra as pseudofacets.

The vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified great stellated hecatonicosachoron.
