The great cupolic cubitesseractihexadecachoron or gacucoth is a scaliform polychoron that consists of 16 tetrahedra, 8+16 cubes, and 16 retrograde square cupolas which are in pairs that are a blend of a quasirhombicuboctahedron with an octagrammic prism. 1 tetrahedron, 3 cubes, and 3 retrograde square cupolas meet each vertex.

It can be formed as a blend of a great tesseractifaceted cubitesseractihexadecachoron and an octagrammic diorthoprism.
