The great cupolic prismatooctachoron or gacupo is a scaliform polychoron that consists of 32 triangular prisms, 8 cubes, and 16 retrograde square cupolas which are in pairs that are a blend of a quasirhombicuboctahedron with an octagrammic prism. 3 triangular prisms, 1 cube, and 3 retrograde square cupolas meet each vertex.

It can be formed as a blend of a great hexadecafaceted prismatotesseractioctachoron and an octagrammic diorthoprism.
