The great ditetrahedronary prismatotrishecatonicosachoron, or gidtapthi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 ditrigonary dodecadodecahedra, 120 great stellated dodecahedra, 720 pentagonal prisms, and 120 rhombicosahedra. Four ditrigonary dodecadodecahedra, four great stellated dodecahedra, twelve pentagonal prisms, and twelve rhombicosahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the ditetrahedronary dishecatonicosachoron.
