The great ditrigonary hecatonicosiprismatohexacosihecatonicosachoron, or gidthippixhi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 great ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, 120 great icosicosidodecahedra, 720 decagonal prisms, and 600 cubohemioctahedra. Two great ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, six great icosicosidodecahedra, twelve decagonal prisms, and six cubohemioctahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified small ditrigonary hexacosihecatonicosachoron.
