The great omnicircumfacetopental trishecatonicosachoron, or gom fapathi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 icosahedra, 120 dodecadodecahedra, and 120 great ditrigonal dodecicosidodecahedra. Two icosahedra, five dodecadodecahedra, and ten great ditrigonal dodecicosidodecahedra join at each vertex.
It also has great icosidodecahedra+decagrams as exotic pseudofacets.

The vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified great stellated hecatonicosachoron.
