The great retroinverted ditetrahedronary prismatotrishecatonicosachoron, or gridtapthi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 great ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, 120 dodecadodecahedra, 720 pentagrammic prisms, and 120 rhombicosahedra. Four great ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, six dodecadodecahedra, twelve pentagrammic prisms, and twelve rhombicosahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the ditetrahedronary dishecatonicosachoron.
