The gyrated cuboctahedral-hemitriangular honeycomb is a nonconvex fissary scaliform honeycomb. 12 triangular orthobicupolae and 6 apeirogonal antiprisms join at each vertex of this honeycomb.

This honeycomb can be formed from the cuboctahedral-hemitriangular honeycomb by gyrating alternate layers of cells along triangular tilings, so that the cuboctahedra become triangular orthobicupolae, some triangular tilings split into apeirogonal antiprisms, and some are removed entirely.
