It consists of 54 gyrooctadiminished penteractitriacontaditera, 72 triangular duoprismatic prisms, and 72 triangular duoantifastegiaprisms. 6 gyrooctadiminished penteractitriacontaditera, 2 triangular duoprismatic prisms, and 2 triangular duoantifastegiaprisms meet at each vertex.

As its name suggests, the heptacontadidiminished rectified pentacontatetrapeton is formed by removing 72 vertices (corresponding to a scaled pentacontatetrapeton) from a rectified pentacontatetrapeton.
