The hexadecaoctahemihexadecachoron, or hohoh, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron. It consists of 8 octahedra, 16 tetrahemihexahedra, and 8 central cubohemioctahedra, with 4 tetrahemihexahedra, 2 octahedra, and 4 cubohemioctahedra at each vertex.
As well as being isogonal, it is also isotoxal.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the icositetrachoron.
