The medial ditrigonary hecatonicosihexacosidishecatonicosachoron, or midthixady, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 small ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, 120 rhombidodecadodecahedra, 120 great icosicosidodecahedra, and 600 octahemioctahedra. Two small ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, six rhombidodecadodecahedra, six great icosicosidodecahedra, and six octahemioctahedra join at each vertex.
