The medial ditrigonary hecatonicosihexacosihecatonicosihecatonicosachoron, or midthixhihy, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 rhombidodecadodecahedra, 120 small ditrigonal dodecicosidodecahedra, 120 great icosicosidodecahedra, and 600 octahemioctahedra. Six rhombidodecadodecahedra, six small ditrigonal dodecicosidodecahedra, six great icosicosidodecahedra, and six octahemioctahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified small ditrigonary hexacosihecatonicosachoron.
