The medial ditrigonary trishecatonicosihexacosichoron, or middit thix, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 great icosidodecahedra, 600 octahedra, 120 small icosicosidodecahedra, and 120 rhombicosahedra. Three great icosidodecahedra, three octahedra, six small icosicosidodecahedra, and six rhombicosahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified small ditrigonary hexacosihecatonicosachoron.
