The medial invertipental trishecatonicosachoron, or mipathi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 great dodecahedra, 120 great icosicosidodecahedra, and 120 great icosidodecahedra. Two great dodecahedra, ten great icosicosidodecahedra, and five great icosidodecahedra join at each vertex.

It is superficially identical to the medial intercepted invertipental trishecatonicosachoron, differing only internally.
