The medial omnicircumfacetopental trishecatonicosachoron, or mom fapathi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 small stellated dodecahedra, 120 small icosicosidodecahedra, and 120 icosidodecahedra. Two small stellated dodecahedra, five icosidodecahedra, and ten small icosicosidodecahedra join at each vertex.
It also has dodecadodecahedra+hexagons as exotic pseudofacets.

The vertices are the same as those of the regiment colonel, the rectified great hecatonicosachoron.
