The medial hecatonicosafaceted prismatodishecatonicosachoron, or mohi fipady, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 dodecahedra, 720 pentagrammic prisms, and 120 rhombidodecadodecahedra. One dodecahedron, three pentagrammic prisms, and three rhombidodecadodecahedra join at each vertex.

It also has 120 great stellated dodecahedra and 720 pentagonal prisms as pseudofacets.
