The mutetrahedral honeycomb is a regular skew apeirochoron in 4-dimensional Euclidean space. Three mutetrahedra meet at every edge.
Just as the mutetrahedron is the κ 1 of the tetrahedron, the mutetrahedral honeycomb is the κ 1 of the 5-cell.
