The octeractidiminished demiocteract, or odhocto, is a convex scaliform polyzetton. It has 16 rectified octaexa and 16 octadiminished demihepteracts as facets; 4 rectified octaexa and 8 octadiminished demihepteracts meet at each vertex. As its name suggests, it is formed by removing 16 vertices (corresponding to a scaled diacosipentacontahexazetton) from a demiocteract.

It is also a segmentozetton, as octadiminished demihepteract atop alternate octadiminished demihepteract.
