The omnifacetopental hexacosidishecatonicosachoron, or ofapaxady, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 dodecadodecahedra, 600 truncated tetrahedra, and 120 great ditrigonal dodecicosidodecahedra. Five dodecadodecahedra, ten truncated tetrahedra, and ten great ditrigonal dodecicosidodecahedra join at each vertex.

It also has small complex icosidodecahedra and great icosidodecahedra+decagrams as exotic pseudofacets.

The vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified great stellated hecatonicosachoron.
