The prismatotesseractintercepted tesseractihexadecachoron, or pattinoth, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 16 octahedra, 8 small rhombicuboctahedra, 8 truncated cubes, and 24 octagonal prisms. One octahedron, two small rhombicuboctahedra, two truncated cubes, and four octagonal prisms join at each vertex.
