The retroditetrahedronary prismatotrishecatonicosachoron, or redtapthi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 great stellated dodecahedra, 120 dodecadodecahedra, 720 pentagonal prisms, and 120 rhombicosahedra. Four great stellated dodecahedra, six dodecadodecahedra, twelve pentagonal prisms, and twelve rhombicosahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the ditetrahedronary dishecatonicosachoron.
