The retrofrustary tetrishecatonicosachoron, or rufthi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 great rhombidodecahedra, 120 great dodecicosahedra, 120 small rhombidodecahedra, and 120 small dodecicosahedra. Four great rhombicosidodecahedra, two great dodecicosahedra, two small rhombidodecahedra, and two small dodecicosahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the antifrustary hexacositrishecatonicosachoron.
