The sesquitesseractihemioctachoron, or setho, is a scaliform polychoron. It has 12 tetrahedra and 4 central bowtie tegums as cells, with 6 tetrahedra and 3 bowtie tegums at each vertex. It can be obtained by blending hex with hatho.

It is in the regiment of the hexadecachoron.
