The skewverted trisprismatohexadecadisoctachoron, or kavatiphado, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 8 great cubicuboctahedra, 16 octahemioctahedra, 8 small cubicuboctahedra, 24 octagrammic prisms, 24 octagonal prisms, and 32 hexagonal prisms. One great cubicuboctahedron, one octahemioctahedron, one small cubicuboctahedron, two octagrammic prisms, two octagonal prisms, and two hexagonal prisms join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the small skewverted prismatohexadecadisoctachoron.
