The small distetracontoctachoron, or siddic, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 48 regular octahedra and 48 truncated cubes. 2 octahedra and 8 truncated cubes join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the small prismatotetracontoctachoron.
