The small ditetrahedronary hecatonicosiprismatodishecatonicosachoron, or sadthipady, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 small ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, 120 icosidodecahedra, 720 pentagonal prisms, and 120 small rhombidodecahedra. Four small ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, six icosidodecahedra, twelve pentagonal prisms, and twelve small rhombidodecahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the small ditetrahedronary hexacosihecatonicosachoron.
