The small ditrigonary hecatonicosidishecatonicosachoron, or sidthidy, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 ditrigonary dodecadodecahedra, 120 icosidodecadodecahedra, and 120 great dodecicosahedra. Two ditrigonary dodecadodecahedra, six icosidodecadodecahedra, and six great dodecicosahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified small ditrigonary hexacosihecatonicosachoron.
