The small ditrigonary hecatonicosihecatonicosidishecatonicosachoron, or sidthi hidy, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 small ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, 120 rhombidodecadodecahedra, 120 great icosicosidodecahedra, and 120 small dodecicosahedra. Two small ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, six rhombidodecadodecahedra, six great icosicosidodecahedra, and six small dodecicosahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified small ditrigonary hexacosihecatonicosachoron.
