The small ditrigonary tetrishecatonicosihexacosichoron, or sidtuthix, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 great ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, 120 great icosidodecahedra, 600 octahedra, 120 icosidodecadodecahedra, and 120 small dodecicosahedra. Two great ditrigonary icosidodecahedra, three great icosidodecahedra, three octahedra, six icosidodecadodecahedra, and six small dodecicosahedra join at each vertex.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the rectified small ditrigonary hexacosihecatonicosachoron.
