The small grand prismatodistetracontoctachoron is a scaliform polychoron that consists of 144 octagonal prisms, 48 small rhombihexahedra, and 48 grand hexadecagonal prismatic blends. 4 octagonal prisms and 1 each of the other types of cells meet at each vertex.

It can be formed as a blend of 18 8-16/7 duoprisms.
