The small retrofrustary distetracontoctachoron, or sirfaddic, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 48 quasirhombicuboctahedra and 48 small rhombicuboctahedra. Four quasirhombicuboctahedra and four small rhombicuboctahedra join at each vertex.
