The small retrofrustary prismatohexacositetrishecatonicosachoron, or sirf puxthi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 dodecadodecahedra, 600 octahedra, 120 great dodecicosidodecahedra, 120 great dodecicosahedra, 120 small rhombicosidodecahedra, and 1200 hexagonal prisms. One dodecadodecahedron, one octahedron, two great dodecicosidodecahedra, two great dodecicosahedra, two small rhombicosidodecahedra, and four hexagonal prisms join at each vertex.
