The small snub tetrahedral-transitional hecatonicosachoron or sastethi is a convex isogonal polychoron that consists of 120 antipodiated snub tetrahedra, 120 snub tetrahedra, 1440 phyllic disphenoids of two kinds, and 1440 irregular tetrahedra. 2 antipodiated snub tetrahedra, 1 snub tetrahedron, 4 phyllic disphenoids, and 4 irregular tetrahedra join at each vertex. However, it cannot be made scaliform.
