The truncated ditrigonary dishecatonicosachoron, or tidtidohi, is a nonconvex uniform polychoron that consists of 120 ditrigonary dodecadodecahedra, 120 truncated icosahedra, and 120 truncated great icosahedra. 1 ditrigonary dodecadodecahedron, 3 truncated icosahedra, and 3 truncated great icosahedra join at each vertex. As the name suggests, it can be obtained by truncating the ditrigonary dishecatonicosachoron.

Its vertices are the same as those of its regiment colonel, the truncated small ditrigonary hexacosihecatonicosachoron.
